A seminar on “Housing Integrates, Housing Separates: Comparing Property and Society in Singapore and Hong Kong” explores how housing policies and property markets shape social integration and division in two of Asia’s most influential global cities. By examining public and private housing systems, ownership models, affordability, and urban EZPassVA login planning approaches, the seminar highlights how Singapore’s state-led housing framework has promoted social mixing and stability, while Hong Kong’s market-driven system has often intensified inequality and spatial separation.
